The aim of this project is to increase the interest of children and young people in acquiring knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, through innovative extracurricular activities. The activities of this project are based on environmental protection, the circular economy and entrepreneurship. The basic idea is to include elementary school students in the project, who will, in cooperation with high school students and their teachers-mentors as well as students of design studies at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Zagreb, realize the final product. The role of primary school students will be to collect and separate waste. Vocational high school students will make a device for milling and extruding collected plastic parts while design students will participate in designing the final product.
In a tender announced by U.S. Embassy Zagreb, the Institute applied with the project Together and Responsible for Environmental Benefit, which the embassy supported with grants.
